The 3ST Sarda Telecommunication Service Company, was established on the 26th January 1989 by the Surveyor Antonio Caschili, an operator, at that time. He had 20 years experience in this range of installation and maintenance for Telecommunication Systems.    The start of the 3ST business, consisted mainly of pole assembling, for Telecommunication systems, in the installation of' passive repeaters for bridge radio, above all for account of the Associated Calzavara Company s.p.a. of Udine.    During those years, the 3ST Sarda Telecommunication Service Company had gradually developed it's own technical. capacities with the progress of the market reference, and it answered increasently it's own activity and differed it. Above all, with the advent of the Telephone Mobile Service, offered first by Telecom and followed by Tim.    The 3ST has installed a great part ot' the infrastructure and antennas systems, of the radio mobile channel at 450 MHz in Sardinia, continuing, then with the installation and the relative systems at 900 MHz (ETACS and GSM) at 1800 MHz (GSM) and equipped to prepare the new generation systems (UMTs).   Since 1993 in agreement with ITALTEL, system for the installation of all the antenna systems, and for TIM Telephone Mobile System in the Sardinian region.
